What is Saw Palmetto?

Saw Palmetto is a small palm tree found in certain parts of the world. It is seen as one of the leading suplements that is reported to help with maintenance and care of the prostate gland.

Saw palmetto extract is an extract of the fruit of Serenoa repens. It is rich in fatty acids and phytosterols, and has shown promise in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia.
