Suggested Use

Cellfood is taken as eight drops in a 200ml glass of water or juice three times a day. This amount is based on a healthy 11 stone/70kg adult. With this amount, one bottle of Cellfood will last a month.

We recommend bottled or filtered water otherwise Cellfood will start to purify the tap water and it's benefits will be reduced!

The average 24 drops a day can be taken as 12 drops twice a day or even as 24 drops at once as circumstances dictate. At concentrations stronger than eight drops, there might be a sharp, lemony taste.

I have been taking Cellfood original for several years, and Peak Nutrition has the best price I've found for a UK company. Cellfood definitely helps my energy - I have psoriatic arthritis so low energy levels are always a problem for me, along with painful/swollen joints (though I haven't noticed Cellfood improving the latter issue). When taking the correct dosage (24 drops a day), I also notice brighter, clearer skin and better digestion.

My son suffered terribly from eczema for 3 years until I tried him on cell food. After the 3rd day of using cellfood the redness started to disappear and he just improved from there. He's been on cellfood for 3 years now. I believe that cellfood and a diet free from citric acid is the cure for eczema, my son is living proof of that. To follow a citric acid free diet you need to eat the following things only as ORGANIC. Even though the following foods do not directly contain citric acid, the process in which they are grown/made uses it!!.......grapes (raisins sultanas grape juice and wine), strawberries, tomatoes (they quite often add citric acid in organic tinned tomatoes! sainsbury's are ok though and use organic ketchup too.) Finally use organic wheat products (no whole wheat, just white) and organic dairy products (preferably full fat) and obviously do not eat citrus fruit pineapple or kiwi. For washing use aqueous cream and for hair use classic care head and shoulders......Always check labels/ingredients.

Where do I begin to tell my story? For a start, I personally cannot speak highly enough of Cellfood. I am 63 years old & apparently look about 10 years younger, but much more importantly than that, I feel great & I have tons of energy which I need as I am a carer for my son, Peter, who has Lafora Body Disease. This disease is a very rare form of Epilepsy and usually ends in death at a very early age. Peter was in hospital until December 2007 but I was not permitted to give him Cellfood as his doctors were concerned as to how it would affect his medication.

Peter came home at Christmas time with the ambulance crew saying that they were not going to leave Peter with me as he was not well enough & they intended taking him back to Hospital. I begged them to leave him at home promising that I would call them back if I could not cope. The next few days were terrifying with Peter having very violent seizures several times a day. I began to realise that, as predicted, my son would not live long & I thought things could not get much worse.

In one of his more lucid moments I suggested to Pete that we try him on Cell food in spite of what the doctors had said. He agreed & I began to give him a very cautious two drops of Cell food three times a day. After about ten days there seemed to be just the very slightest improvement, he certainly was not getting any worse anyway so I added a further two drops each of the three times a day. After about three weeks I no longer thought it was my imagination, there was definitely a slight improvement. Once again I added two more drops of Cell food three times a day. There was a definite improvement so a week later I added the final two drops bringing this up to the full dose of eight drops a day.

Peter was still very sick but his seizures were becoming less. He continued to improve & after just a few months any seizures Peter had were far less violent and not so frequent. I have continued giving Peter Cell food three times a day for what has now been eighteen months and when he is in need of a little extra help I give him a few extra drops. He now rarely gets any seizures at all & if they do occur they are quite gentle. People look at him today & cannot believe he is the same person. His quality of life is now worthwhile. I will always keep a supply of Cell food Concentrate in our home as it has brought our lovely son back to us. He will be 42 years old in August, far older than anyone else still living with this dreadful disease. He is kept very busy with, amongst other things, making plans for the future.

I have been using Cellfood for the last 11 years. Being healthy obviously I did not notice too much straight away. But my wife suffered breast cancer and that is where I saw things changing faster. Hello, gosh, it has been a while since that old internet chestnut reared its head! I can absolutely, categorically confirm that Cellfood does NOT contain radioactive elements. Some bad science on the net has somehow created this urban myth - to confirm, the manufacturers state "We have had the whole range looked at by the Health Foods Manufacturers Association and they have confirmed that Cellfood meets all the requirements". Whilst the internet is a wonderful thing (where would we be without Google?) it also harbours more than a little rubbish - a touch of rational common sense is sometimes needed! Many thanks

All that is fine. I personally don't like the citrus taste of Cellfood in water so I pop it my glass of water and cordial! My mum puts it in her OJ. My wife just pops it straight into water. It works with any cold water based drink. I would not suggest you use it with dairy products such as milk or yoghurts though as I am not sure if it will interact with the bio elements of dairy.

The problem with Cellfood Concentrate and children is they don't normally like the citrus taste irrespective of what it's mixed with. I have talked to the manufacturers and they recommend Cellfood DNA instead. They also said that it should be taken for 6 months and that you should understand that the eczema will get worse before it gets better. Cellfood DNA also helps children sleep better and remain more calm. However, like I said, they did point out it will get worse before it gets better.

"Where do I begin to tell my story? For a start, I personally cannot speak highly enough of Cellfood. I am 63 years old & apparently look about 10 years younger, but much more importantly than that, I feel great & I have tons of energy which I need as I am a carer for my son, Peter, who has Lafora Body Disease. This disease is a very rare form of Epilepsy and usually ends in death at a very early age. Peter was in hospital until December 2007 but I was not permitted to give him Cellfood as his doctors were concerned as to how it would affect his medication.
Peter came home at Christmas time with the ambulance crew saying that they were not going to leave Peter with me as he was not well enough & they intended taking him back to Hospital. I begged them to leave him at home promising that I would call them back if I could not cope. The next few days were terrifying with Peter having very violent seizures several times a day. I began to realise that, as predicted, my son would not live long & I thought things could not get much worse.
In one of his more lucid moments I suggested to Pete that we try him on Cell food in spite of what the doctors had said. He agreed & I began to give him a very cautious two drops of Cell food three times a day. After about ten days there seemed to be just the very slightest improvement, he certainly was not getting any worse anyway so I added a further two drops each of the three times a day. After about three weeks I no longer thought it was my imagination, there was definitely a slight improvement. Once again I added two more drops of Cell food three times a day. There was a definite improvement so a week later I added the final two drops bringing this up to the full dose of eight drops a day.
Peter was still very sick but his seizures were becoming less. He continued to improve & after just a few months any seizures Peter had were far less violent and not so frequent. I have continued giving Peter Cell food three times a day for what has now been eighteen months and when he is in need of a little extra help I give him a few extra drops. He now rarely gets any seizures at all & if they do occur they are quite gentle. People look at him today & cannot believe he is the same person. His quality of life is now worthwhile. I will always keep a supply of Cell food Concentrate in our home as it has brought our lovely son back to us. He will be 42 years old in August, far older than anyone else still living with this dreadful disease. He is kept very busy with, amongst other things, making plans for the future.
