How Tricomin Follicle Spray Works
While we know a lot about copper and Triamino Copper Nutritional Complex (the key ingredient in Tricomin products), we thought you might be interested how they relate to the health of your hair.
As we know, DHT is largely responsible for the eventual degradation of the size, width, and length of the follicle for both males and females. During this process, several very important nutrients are compromised, and their production can sometimes slow or completely stop.
This is where Tricomin comes in. The presence of Copper has been shown to inhibit 5-Alpha Reductase, which is responsible for the formation of DHT. As we grow older, these peptides in the body decrease, opening the way for 5-Alpha to do its work in helping to form DHT in the follicle.
Copper is also responsible for stimulating the development of the basic ingredients which make up a healthy hair follicle. Hair grows in phases. There are periods of time where a follicle will be growing, and other periods where it lays dormant, known as the Resting Phase. During the growth phase, substances at the base of the follicle such as collagen and various Proteins are actively in production, while during the resting phase, they are virtually inactive. Tricomin has been shown to stimulate them into production by delivering Copper peptides to the base of the follicle.
