Question: I carry a lot of water retention... If I am exercising and dieting, will the belt work for longer than 2 days? After all if it removes the water, shouldn't it stay away longer??

Hi, you should be fine using it as often as you wish though personally I would not recommend using more than 3 times a week or so. Certainly not every hour, no! Can't see how all that heat would be good for you. I would not suggest using it while you are pregnant either. Remember, the Rio Sauna Belt is there to give you temporary inch loss and not a permanent solution. Thanks

I asked those questions because i used to use similar sauna belt 6 years ago in my contry,(peru) but the big diference was that product lasted for more than 2 years but it is discontinued now!

Hi, the Rio Sauna Belt results will only last around 24 to 48 hours - it is NOT permanent weight loss, no, sorry. However, the results you can see are amazing and are great for the one night you need them - and you can keep using it over and over again but I wouldn't use every night. Heat will not remove weight permanently - only diet and exercise do that I'm afraid :-(

Question: Will the inches loss round my waist be permanent by regular use of the belt.

No, it will only be temporary I'm afraid though it does last a day or so I believe and it's instant so it's great for a night out
