Hello, there is no reason why you should not use Rio Crystal Renew as a 25 year old, and microdermabrasion will help remove dead skin cells. If you have any issues like any old acne scars then it will help with those too. Many thanks

You can purchase them from us - they are £40 for 3 but you should NOT be going through 1 whole cartridge in 1 session. Each cartridge should last around 1 hour of total usage which should mean around 10 treatments or so.

We do sell the Rio Microdermabrasion product, and that may well help. The Rio Crystal Renew may help too but it's not going to match a machine at a salon that costs £1000's to be honest, no.

I doubt it to be honest. There are few home treatments that will give the same as a professional salon equipment when it comes to removal of scar tissue. However, with continued use over time many people see great results with the Rio Crystal Renew in regards to general micro-dermabrasion. Kind regards

Hi, I personally would not use it for either condition. For improvement for spots and pimples I would use the Zeno Acne Clearing Device (also available on this site) and maybe Actimine supplement. Kind regards

It all depends on the product you purchase and the salon treatment you are comparing it too. Some salon treatments are very abrasive and need to be done by qualified practitioners so no damage is done to the skin - and this type would not be suitable for home use. However, many salons purchase the Rio Crystal Renew from us to use within their salons! Thanks

Hi, the diamond type ones use diamond dust that is more abrasive than the crystals. It costs a lot more too to replace them though most people report similar results.

Hi, the replacement crystal cartridges are around £15 each though we will be selling them in 3 packs soon for around £25. The life of 1 cartridge is around 1 or 2 hours continual use but you would never use it for that long per session of course!
