pzizz is a mac and windows software application (or a handheld unit) that generates random soundtracks which help you regain your energy. pzizz currently sports two modules: energizer and sleep.

What Does The Software Look Like & How Easy Is It To Use?
It is VERY easy to use - s simple 4 step Process:

Firstly you choose whether you want to generate a Sleep or an Energise Track:
Step 2:
Next you select the settings that you want and give your soundtrack a name. Here you can also:
- Give your soundtrack a name
- Say whether you just want steroo or 3D sound
- Set whether you want the voice throughout the track or just at the start/end or both.
- How long you want the track and whether you want an alarm or not (energiser mode only)
- Set the volume levels of the music and the voice and test those levels
Step 3:
Once you've done this and clicked OK you can see the tracks you've created so far:
Step 4:
When you want to export to your iPod/iPhone/iTunes etc you simply click/highlight the tracks you want to export and then click on the arrow button at the bottom. You then get presented with this screen

Here you can simply choose whether you want to export your Pzizz tracks to an iTunes library or wthether you want to save them to another folder on your computer for use with a different MP3 player or even just your computer.

I love my pzizz! When I use it regularly I wake up from 20-30mins feeling refreshed and ready for anything that two young children might throw at me! I also find that the more I use it the less I remember hearing the voice on it and just seem to hear the sounds. Totally relaxing.

I used pzizz on the run up towards birth and then when my newborn baby was having post-feed naps. After 20 mins on it I felt as though I had had an hour! I would highly recommend it for pre and post-natal use. (My husband recommends it as a hangover treatment!)
