How often should I detox?
All people are not alike. Eating habits and body functions are different. If you have been over indulgent for years, you might need a longer detoxification period.
For most people twice a year for 4-6 weeks will be sufficient to make you feel clearer, full of energy and lighter. Although some people who have had great results with BioFirm have continued with a dosage of 1 tablet 3 times daily.
How will I react to a detox plan?
When a detox plan starts to take effect after 2-3 days, some people may experience:
- Headaches - because your body will lack the chemicals that you normally feed it by drinking coffee, tea, alcohol, and eating sweets. Drink lots of water and relax as much as you can. You can lower the dosage of BioFirm for a couple of days if your headaches get severe. Drink 1.5-2 litres of water a day.
- Spots - As the skin is the body's largest organ of elimination you may experience spots as toxins leave the body.
- Increased bowel movements ‚This is a sign that the detox plan is working.
These symptoms should only last for a few days.

Per daily intake of 6 tablets provides:
- Chicory root (radix chichorii) 2000mg, Citrus fruit pulp (rich in flavoniods) 780mg
- Nettle (urtica dioica) extract 5:1 equal to 3700mg dry herb
- Dandelion (taraxacum officinale) extract 5:1 equal to 3000mg dry herb
- Citrus Fibres (rich in pectic polysaccharides) 600mg, Psyllium (semen isphagula) 600mg.
- Asparagus (asparagus officinalis) extract 5:1 equal to 2550mg dry herb
- Globe Artichoke (cynara scolymus) extract 13.5:1 equal 5990mg dry herb
- Celery Seed (apium graveolens) extract 5:1 equal to 1650mg dry herb
- Thyme (thymus vulgaris) extract 7:1 equal to 875mg dry herb

DIRECTIONS & USAGE
2 tablets 3 times a day, taken with a main meal for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Remember to drink plenty of water, not less than 1 litre per day - preferably 1.5 to 2.0 litres per day.
The results will be significantly enhanced if you follow the plan for at least a further 2 weeks and ideally 6 weeks.
