Kalms is a traditional plant remedy containing the herbs valerian, hops and gentian. These are well documented to bring relief from many of the symptoms caused by the stresses and strains of modern living.

Kalms can relieve worry and irritability as well as helping to restore natural sleep patterns without causing drowsiness during the day.
What is Recommended Dosage of Lanes Kalms?
Swallow 2 tablets 3 times a day with water after meals.
What Are The Ingredients of Lanes Kalms?
Active ingredients:
- Hops powder 45mg
- Extract of valerian from 135mg
- Extract of gentian from 90mg.
Other ingredients: Acacia, beeswax, calcium carbonate, carnauba wax, icing sugar, magnesium stearate (vegetable), maize starch, purified talc, shellac varnish, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycollate, stearic acid (vegetable), titanium dioxide.
Cautions
Not suitable for children under 12 years old. Do not take if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Seek medical advice if you are taking other medication
