Hi, it's simply a new set of springs to put into the device that are stronger in that they require more effort from your pelvic floor muscles to contract them. So, once you are used to using the standard set you can move onto the strong spring set to increase the resistance of the pelvic toner. Thanks

Hi, instructions are included within the product when we send it out but basically it is inserted into the vagina and you contract your pelvic muscles (same muscles that are used to control the flow of urine) to close the toner (it is spring loaded). Thanks
