What is New Nordic Dida?

A complex herbal product combining digestive, anti-fungi and carminative powers in order to help avoid the all too frequent complaints about irregular and painful digestion, reflux, stop-go disorders and flatulence.

What is Candida?

Candida is a yeast-like parasitic fungus, which normally lives in equilibrium with bacteria in our intestinal and urinary membranes.

Normally the fungus can live in equilibrium with bacteria in the membranes of our intestines and urinary tract, but the Candida can multiply and begin to infiltrate other parts of the body, influencing our health.

How does Candida overgrowth affect me?

As the Candida fungus grows, it adheres to the tissues in the intestines and competes with the body's cells for vital nutrients. Simultaneously Candida secretes a number of toxins and antigens, which in turn make the body strive to produce antibodies to cope with these, thus stimulating allergies, eczema etc.

The excessive growth of Candida burdens the body's immune system and weakens its resistance. It is well documented that magnesium is drawn from the body's cells when there is excessive growth of Candida. This can result in nervousness, tiredness and irritability.

What stimulates overgrowth of Candida?

Several external factors can stimulate Candida overgrowth. Antibiotics are well-known triggers. Stress, illness and certain medications, such as cortisone and painkillers, depress our immune system and creates a good environment for Candida overgrowth. Finally birth control pills, hormonal changes (during pregnancy), as well as diets high in simple sugars and yeast are causes of Candida overgrowth.

How do I recognize Candida overgrowth?

Candida is more likely to affect women between the ages of 15-50 years. 75% of all women will, at some time in their life, have an overgrowth of Candida, often without knowing it.

The symptoms are many and varied:

  • Recurrent yeast infections
  • discharge or itching
  • bloating
  • digestive problems
  • allergies (especially of the respiratory tract)
  • eczema and psoriasis
  • nervousness
  • depression
  • lack of memory and concentration
  • severe premenstrual symptoms
  • chronic fatigue
  • headaches and irritability
  • lack of libido and increased craving for sweets.

What is dida?

Dida is a natural product designed to inhibit the overgrowth of Candida. Dida is composed of highly effective plant extracts that are antifungal and antiseptic.

Cinnamon oil, oregano, garlic, olive leaves are all known to be strong natural antifungal agents. Peppermint and fennel oils are calmative, while thyme and marigold are antiseptic.

How should dida be taken?

Take one tablet three times a day, preferably with a meal. Take dida for at least 4 weeks at this dosage. You can then go to maintenance level of one - two tablets a day, or stop, if the symptoms stay away.

How do I get the most out of using dida?

Avoid eating simple sugars, yeast, mushrooms, dairy (lactose) and alcohol, while taking dida. Take a probiotic culture, especially at the end of the treatment of dida, to rebuild your intestinal flora.

Can I use dida with my medications?

i purchased dida especially targeting the use of destroying fungus cells and the use of antiseptic herbal remedies,
my partner has had a very distressing illness last year and still continuing the fight in his illness this year has left us both totally lethargic and the phrase of "what should i do now " in trying to tackle this life threating illness.
as his feed by a feeding tube through his stomach the problems he had with bloating and sickness was a great concern as he could not afford to risk any more infections in his body.
i found these tablets and decided to give them ago. i found they desolved easily in a little water so he could take them very easily after 5 days of trying these there has been no bloating or sickness and his over all health has gradually improved, its still early days but at the moment i am pleased with the results , i would recommend dida to all people who suffer with stomach problems .

For a long period of time I have suffered from bloating stomach more so after I have had bread or load of sugery cakes., Before time of the month I have suffered really bad thrush. I kept seeing these tablets advertised and was really sceptical at first as I do not like putting unknow tablets in my body becasue of side effects. I also regulary take a muti vitamin pill so I was pleased to note that it did not have any. Time and time again I gave tried everything to cure my bloating and using all other products made me feel sick or even more bloated in than before! I decided to give these tablets a go and now I cannot be without them. My bloating has gone to point people have said that I have lost weight. I dont have to fork out every month on expensive creams as I do not have thrush anymore. I am so pleased with the results. I have also noticed that my moods are better. I went on hoilday and forgot to buy any more tablets straight away all my bloating came back. I cannot recommend them enough. I know what it is like to watch the pennies but these are well worth the money. You will notice an improvement in the first week I did.

I had been plagued with dizzy spells for over a year and a half, following a prolonged bout of diverticulitis, treated with a range of antibiotics. Dida seems to be solving the problem.

Very effective

Worked almost immediately on chronic bloating and wind. This was not caused by improper eating, I eat a healthy vegetarian diet, but it seemed that anything, however innocuous, that I ate, caused an extreme reaction. Dida worked the same day I started taking it.
