Yeah, hard water is not good for problem hair. I would suggest using the HairMax LaserComb as you suggest but also use PilFood which should help comabt some of the nutrient stripping properties of hard water. Also carry on using a shampoo ideally suited for hard water too. GOod luck

It may well help though personally I would use Thymuskin which was originally developed for people about to undergo chemotherapy. It just seems to work well with people who are losing or have lost hair due to chemo. I would suggest the Thymuskin Treatment and Shampoo if your scalp is in good condition and is not itchy or inflamed in anyway - if it is then I would suggest the Med Shampoo and Med Gel instead. No, after a bath will not improve results. Hi, the LaserComb Premium comes with a 2 year manufacturers warranty and the SE 18 months. So, as long as it falls within that period you are covered. If anything else goes wrong after that time it will most likely be a power cord or PIN adaptor that is faulty and we would normally just replace those FOC within a reasonable time frame. If it's years hence then we would probably ask for payment of P&P on the replacement power cord. If the device itself is faulty after the warranty then it will need to be repaired by the manufacturer and they reserve the right to charge for that when it's outside of warranty. Many thanks

Hi, it really depends on the type of alopecia and whether they are male or female. If she is female she needs to get checked out by a Dr and have blood tests done etc. etc. to ensure it's not contraceptive pill or any other prescription medicine causing it first. If he is male and it's male pattern baldness then yes the HairMax will help. The device is approved for us by male and females in regards to CE certification but it only has FDA approval for males at this time. The manufacturers are currently undergoing clinical trials for females and we've been told the results are just as good, if not better, for women - especially those with thinning hair.
