How Does Nourkrin Work Extra Strength?

Nourkrin is designed to:

Nourkrin is a natural food supplement which contains a protein of marine extracts, including the cartilage of deep sea fish, with other minerals and vitamins. The 4 Stages of Nourkrin Extra Strength

Nourkrin works in 4 stages. This can take approximately 6 months or so:

  • Acerola Cherry Extract: (Vitamin C 30mg: 50% RDA) 100mg

What Results Can I Expect with Nourkrin Extra Strength?

Most users will notice a significant improvement after 3 months on the tablets. To achieve optimum results you should take 2 tablets per day for 6 months. At the end of the 6 month hair recovery programme, or once you are satisfied with the results, we recommend you continue taking one tablet daily to maintain the improvements.

 

How Do I Take Nourkrin Extra Strength?

Take 2 tablets daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. If, however, you are over 80kg, or over 60 years of age, or are a heavy smoker, then we recommend that you should take 3 daily.

I have taken this product since January. Due to a death in the family and other stressful circumstabnces over the past year, my hair had become really thin and out of condition. I know that is to be expected as you get older, however, I thought I would give nourkrin a try and I can honestly say that the results have been good. I am now into my 3rd month of this product and have not noticed any thickening of hair (in fact seems a bit thinner) but the condition of my hair is lovely. Month 3 is when results often start to show for any thinning hair product. Quite often a product like this may cause a temporary increase in shedding. This is when, Nourkrin in this case, has started to help some hair follicles out of the resting phase and into their next phase - the shedding phase. This can manifest itself as an increase in shedding. It should not last more than 2 or 3 weeks though. The next stage is growth and it sounds you are seeing some of this already - as vellus hairs. The next phase is the growth phrase. I'm 22 and has been using Nourkrin extra strength for about 2 months now, and I do see some encouraging results. However, I feel that hair are coming out faster around my left temple. There are more whisky, baby hair on that side compared with my right temple. I started using Nourkrin because I often chemically process my hair, which made it prone to breaking, thinning out. Would it be okay to temporarily increase the daily dosage to 3, instead of 2 so that hair on both sides balance out? ps: I'm not over 80, nor a smoker and is under 60 ;P

I have had thinning hair for a number of years but have noticed a worsening this year. The thinning is worse over the top and crown and others notice it too. I am a 49 year old female. I have taken Nourkrin Extra Strength for about 10 weeks and have not seen a diffeernce yyet. The doctor has done blood tests but found nothing apart from slightly low iron. Iron levels have previously been ok but the hair has been thinning for years so I don't think iron is the problem. Do you think Nourkrin may still be able to help ? Just a bit more info to add to my last question. For about a year my scalp has been sore, like when you have a fever. This becomes quite painful at certain times of the month. . I am also menopausal. Hi, Nourkrin should still be able to help - 10 weeks is quite early in the treatement so we would say stick with it for at least 3 months, and preferably 6.
In relation to your sore scalp, it may be worth trying the Dead Sea Magik Conditioning Scalp Mud, which helps alleviate dry, sore scalps, and can be used alongside your Nourkrin treatment. Alternatively, you could try changing your treatment to Thymuskin Med Gel - which is ideal for those with hair loss who also have sore, irritated scalps. Many thanks.

Question: my mother is 82. she is impressed by the effect of Nourkrin on my hair. She wishes to improve the condition of hers as it is very thin. She takes Glucosamine and cod liver oil for her arthritic joints. Question: i cannot believe the dramatic effect the nourkrin extra strength has had on my hair after 3 months. I started taking it open minded, but tending to the sceptic, being married to a medical person in 'drugs' who thinks vitamin supps are not needed, and I am now totally convinced it works , for me anyway. The Glucosamine within the nourkrin product is also recommended for joints as we age... whats the recommendations should I get creaky joints and want to take a specific glucosamine supplement for my joints?. Hi, I like the Nourkrin Shampoo actually and it's a good one. Cheap high street shampoos can really strip your hair so I don't recommend them to be honest. It could well help yes. However, there is likely a reason for your hair loss at such an age - normally hormonal or maybe a side effect of a prescription drug like the contraceptive pill. Hi, firstly you need to give Propecia more time to work - 6 months is the absolute minimum you can give any hair loss product to start working effectively. Propecia is effective for around 60-70% of men in arresting hair loss.
