Michelle's Story
Michelle lives in the seaside town of Shoreham in West Sussex with her husband and two beautiful children.
"After having my first child 4 years ago I put on about 2 stone during the pregnancy and managed to get back to my pre pregnancy weight in only 3 months with regular exercise and healthy eating, not to mention long walks along the seafront!
3 years later I became pregnant with my daughter and again piled on about 2 1/2 stone during my pregnancy and another 1 ½ after which confused me as my diet and general appetite hadn’t seemed to have increased at all.
Despite increasing my exercise and trying various diets my weight barely changed.
A few months later I was talking with a friend who lives in France and during one of our usual long phone calls I explained that I was struggling with my weight after having my baby girl. Dosage/How To Take
