OK, it works. There is no doubt about it. I have been taking for 4 days now and my appetite between meals has gone. There are only 2 issues I can think of: 1 - I have stopped eating fruit in between meals which is probably not a good thing so will have to make more of an effort to do so. 2 - they leave a slightly unpleasant after taste you can kind of burp back for half an hour after taking - not enough of an issue for me to mark down the review though!
