Tastes just like Apple Strudel without any sugary junk. This is a good tasty bite with plenty of energy -good for breakfast or just before a workout. Great with a cup of coffee and gives plenty of energy to take on the day - whatever the challenge!

Peak Nutrition Replies:

We agree here in the office too! However, they are quite calorific at around 220 calories a bar but you would not want to eat a whole one anyway - they are very very filling - we find 1/3 or half a bar is more than enough. 1 bar would be a replacement breakfast!
