An effective herbal remedy, Kalms Sleep leaves no next day drowsiness whilst allowing for a refreshing night's sleep. It contains a blend of herbs traditionally used for their sedative qualities, particularly in the case of sleep disorders.
DIRECTIONS: Adults, The Elderly and Children over 12 years of age ; Three or four tablets to be swallowed whole (do not chew) one hour before bedtime. Do not take the tablets on an empty stomach. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
CAUTIONS:
