- Sage (4:1 extract); 85 mg - Nerve tonic that may help sharpen your senses. Also helps with menopausal symptoms.
- Ginger (5% root extract); 50 mg & Licorice(4:1 leaf extract); 35 mg - considered a tonic for the digestive tract. Ginger in particular stimulates circulation.
- Oat Straw (10:1 extract); 35 mg - Researched to be a soothing ingredient the seeds of which are also rich in iron, manganese, and zinc. The straw is rich in silica which may help maintain the health of the genital lining.
- Hops; 15 mg - This has traditionally been used as a soothing & relaxing extract
