Last week saw the launch of our new support centre with loads of new functionality that will hopefully help you, our customers, in finding out what you want to know sooner and without needing to contact us.

It has a Knowledge Base that we intend to keep upto date with all the most popular questions and answers. We are starting to build up a user guide and pdf manuals section too in case you lose yours.

Finally we are looking at implementing a trouble shooting section for if you have problems with our electronic gadgets - any ideas are welcome!
