The Aquaflex system consists of two vaginal cones and a set of weights. Inserted like a tampon, the Aquaflex cone causes the pelvic floor muscles to automatically contract around it. It is this reflex action that tones the muscles.

What Else Can You Tell Me About The Aquaflex?

This is a simple and effective way to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and to treat urinary incontinence issues.

The Aquaflex is a clinically proven Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise System consisting of two cones and a set of weights. It has been designed to tone the pelvic floor muscles safely and painlessly.

Women who accidentally leak urine when they laugh, sneeze, cough or exercise are probably suffering from stress incontinence which can be caused by childbirth or just getting older as the pelvic floor muscles weaken. The situation is not irreversible, however. If you exercise the pelvic floor, you will strengthen it and regain that lost control.

aquaflex open boxWithin 12 weeks using this simple and cost-effective device you can overcome your urinary incontinence problems and those embarrassing leaks could disappear!

It's highly important to ensure you are exercising the pelvic floor correctly. The Aquaflex is inserted in the same way as a tampon and the pelvic floor muscles contract around it automatically. This reflex action is what tones the muscles.

Like any weight-bearing exercise, as you get more proficient at it, you will need to work with higher weights and increase the length of time that you are able to hold the cone in place. The aim is to work up to 20 minutes each day.

Ask a Question

Question: Hi, having previously used the pelvitone (purchased from you) following the birth of my first child, with impressive results. I am now 12 week pregnant with my second child and having increasing problems with stress incontinence. Obviously I cannot use the EMS device, and was going to order some vaginal cones as Kegel exercises alone are not improving the situation. Your web site and every other that I have visited all say that vaginal cones are not suitable in pregnancy. I have spoken to my GP and also a close friend who is a GP (I am a qualified Nurse) We are all struggling to understand as to why this would be so providing particular attention was given to the cleaning of the devices between usage to reduce infection risk.
Can you please give me the clinical reasons as to why vaginal cones are not to be used during pregnancy?

Many Thanks
Our Answer:

Hello, manufacturers of vaginal cones and of the pelvic toners that we sell naturally err on the side of caution when the user is pregnant - obviously during pregnancy the insertion of any device into the vagina must be treated with caution, and we can only advise that you speak with your doctor or midwife to seek their professional, medical advice. Many thanks

Question: Do you actually have to do pelvic exercises when using the Aquaflex Cones or do the weights do the work?????
Our Answer:

Hello, yes, the Aquaflex requires you to exercise the muscles yourself - in use the muscles automatically tense and so become stronger. If you want to use a pelvic trainer that does all the work for you, we would recommend the AthenaFem or PelviTone, which operate by sending pulses electronically to the muscles. Many thanks
