Q. Do you use a new tip for each spot? How many tips come with the Zeno and if not a new tip for each spot, how long does each tip last?

A. Hi, the Zeno comes with a cartridge - it's an electronic cartridge that delivers around 90 treatments. You can then purchase addional cartridges from us once they run out. There is an indicator on the Zeno that tells you have "full" the Zeno cartridge is. In my experience, a 90 cartridge actually lasts a bit longer than that.

Q. Please could you let me know if possible to order a UK deliver of a Zeno with a 2 pin plug?
